Vinyasa Yoga with Darlene
Start your day this summer with a Vinyasa yoga class taught by
Darlene Gaskins, 200 hr certified YogaFit Instructor and 500 hr
trained Yoga Therapist. The term Vinyasa refers to the
relationship of movement and breath, a method which turns static
yoga postures into a dynamic flow. Cultivate balance, muscular
strength, flexibility, and body-mind awareness through Vinyasa flow.
These classes are appropriate for active beginners to advanced yoga
students. Modified versions of more challenging postures will always
be given. Be sure to work at your own pace, and take breaks whenever
you feel the need.
Classes are held on Tuesdays and
Thursdays in the Park Community Room from 8:30 AM - 9:30 AM. Each class is
$7.00 and you can begin at any time. Come and be inspired!

classes offered on Tuesday and Thursday mornings. These
classes are great for beginners as well as advanced yoga students.
